Where it all began
It was about three years ago when I decided I am going to make an athleisure brand.
It all started with Ronnie Coleman. When I was training I used to listen to him screaming "Lightweight Baby!" all the time. When I was thinking of a name for this brand I thought, you know what? Lightweight sounds pretty good and we'll put Athletic Club at the end.
I think it's quite cool because he's achieved eight Mister Olympia's, which is incredible. So if he can put his mind to do that, and achieve that. I think this brand can build a special community and really strive.
